Custom Printing FAQs
What file format should my design be?
For the best print quality, send us a PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized at least as large as the final print. We also accept JPG, SVG, AI, PDF and PSD files.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We print single pieces as well as bulk orders. Bulk orders get tiered discounts — the more you order, the lower the price per piece. Mention your quantity in the inquiry and we'll quote accordingly.
Which print method should I choose?
Screen printing is best for bulk orders with few colors. DTG suits detailed, full-color designs in small runs. DTF transfers work on almost any fabric. Embroidery gives a premium look for logos. Not sure? Pick "advise me" and we'll recommend the best option.
How long does a custom order take?
Once your design and order are confirmed, production typically takes 3–7 business days, plus shipping. Need it faster? Tell us your deadline in the inquiry and we'll do our best.
Can I see a proof before you print?
Yes — we always send a digital mockup for your approval before printing. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.
Can you print copyrighted or trademarked designs?
We can only print artwork you own or have permission to use. By submitting a design you confirm you hold the rights to it.
Can I return a custom printed item?
Because custom items are made just for you, they can't be returned unless there's a printing defect or the wrong item was shipped — in that case we'll reprint or refund it.
